We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in managing projects between our Business Development team, Development team, and clients. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in organizing tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth execution of marketing, CRM, and website development projects for the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development and Development teams in executing client projects on time.
  • Organize and track tasks using project management boards.
  • Coordinate communication between teams and clients to gather requirements, share updates, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Prepare and share progress reports with internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards before submission.
  • Flag potential delays or challenges to the Project Manager for resolution.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of coordination, administrative, or project support experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management boards such as Trello, Jira, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Details:

  • Office Timing: 6 PM to 3 AM (Pakistan Time)
  • Starting Salary: 55,000/- PKR
  • Job Type: Full Time (On-Site)
