We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience in generating WordPress project leads through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms, as well as through social media, LinkedIn, and email outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients, ensuring business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Freelance Platform Lead Generation: Identify and secure WordPress projects from Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
- Outreach & Client Acquisition: Use LinkedIn, email, and social media to connect with potential clients and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bids that effectively communicate our expertise and value proposition.
- Market Research: Identify industry trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities in the WordPress development space.
- Follow-Ups & CRM Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and manage leads efficiently in a CRM.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Strategy & Performance Analysis: Develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and performance data.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales.
- Strong expertise in bidding on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms to secure WordPress projects.
- Proven ability to generate clients via LinkedIn, social media outreach, and email marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- A background in WordPress development services or IT sales is a plus.
